Explosives for Civil Use

Currently there are two European Directives concerning explosives:

  2. Commission Directive 2004/57/EC of 23 April 2004 on the identification of pyrotechnic articles and certain ammunition for the purposes of Council Directive 93/15/EEC on the harmonisation of the provisions relating to the placing on the market and supervision of explosives for civil uses - http://eur-lex.europa.eu/Notice.do?val=343559:cs&lang=en&list=343559:cs,342388:cs,342354:cs,&pos=1&page=1&nbl=3&pgs=10&hwords=

 

Legal Notice 279 of 2004 – the Civil Explosives Regulations, 2004 – (as amended) transposes Directive 93/15/EEC while Legal Notice 74 of 2005 – The Civil Explosives (Identification) Regulations, 2005 - transposes Directive 2004/57/EC.
