DAWN RAIDS IN PRACTICE | Advanced Competition Law Training
Valletta, 26-27 September 2024

The Academy of European Law in Trier (ERA) and the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) have the pleasure to present to you the seminar Dawn Raids in Practice: Advanced Competition law Training that will take place in Valletta on 26-27 September 2024.


Objective
This seminar is part of ERA’s series of advanced training courses on EU competition law. It is aimed at providing a thorough and detailed overview of the conduct of dawn raids by the European Commission and national competition authorities in light of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU and the case law of the CJEU and of the ECtHR. The sessions will focus on the main issues that could arise at different stages of the inspection and enhance participants’ knowledge through practical exercises.
The training is addressed to staff of national competition authorities, lawyers in private practice and in-house counsel, and will be held in English.
