In terms of regulation 5(4) of the Control of Concentrations Regulations, 2002 published in Legal Notice 294 of 2002, the Director General of the Office for Competition notifies for general information that a notification of a concentration between KDM Investments Limited (Birkirkara, Malta) and G4S Security Services Limited & G4S Security Services (Malta) Limited (San Gwann, Malta) was filed on Monday, 02 September 2024.

The nature of the concentration is the acquisition by KDM Investments Limited of the entire shareholding held by G4S Holdings (Malta) Limited in G4S Security Services Limited & G4S Security Services (Malta) Limited (together the “G4S Malta”).

KDM Investments Limited, is a private limited liability company with investments in operating companies in a range of industry sectors forming part of the KDM Group. It operates in a wide variety of sectors, including aviation, parking, property, security, tourism, mobility and electrical vehicle charging.

G4S Malta forms part of a global integrated security business and is primary concerned with the provision of aviation security services and systems and the engagement and deployment of security personnel for the provision of security and related services.

The Director General of the Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit their written objections on this notified concentration within seven days following publication of this notice at the following address:
