Companies wishing to apply for (additional) quota for imports and production of bulk HFCs in 2024 should submit a declaration in the F-gas Portal and HFC Licensing System (the ‘registry’) in the period from 06 March to 05 April 2023, 13:00 CET.

Companies which are not registered in the F-gas Portal and HFC Licensing System yet, have to request registration before 20 February 2023 to be able to apply for 2024 quota.
