The MCCAA hosted an award ceremony to celebrate excellence in customer service. During the event, the MCCAA announced the winners of the ninth edition of Premju Servizz bi Tbissima (Service with a Smile Award). The event brought together businesses and stakeholders from various industry sectors.
This annual competition highlights businesses that go above and beyond in prioritising customer satisfaction, reinforcing the importance of quality service in building strong and lasting relationships with consumers. The Premju Servizz bi Tbissima competition is a consumer-driven initiative, where it is the consumers themselves who vote for their favourite sellers. This approach not only empowers consumers to have a direct voice in recognising excellence, but also provides businesses with valuable feedback on their service quality. Being recognised directly by consumers highlights the value of delivering exceptional service. Furthermore, this acknowledgement acts as a driving force for businesses to continuously enhance the quality of their service, meet customer expectations, and establish lasting relationships with their customers.
